I am using Paint Shop Pro version 2019, any version will work.

Supplies Needed

A scrap kit, the one I am using is in the zip file. It is an old one I have saved for several years, the creator is no longer on line.

The tube is purchased from Very Many, it is one I have had for a few years.

Filters None.

Supplies

You can drag the fat pencil, to mark you place.

1.  Open a new transparent image size, 700X700 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer, paper7. Open the mask JH-maskfloral, go to layers in the menu, and add a new mask layer, from image, make sure the correct mask is in the window, click load, merge group. I used the pick tool to grasp thee corners to make it a bit smaller.

2.  Open element 58,a frame, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 70%, place it in the center. add a drop shadow, here are the settings I used,  H-and V-2; opacity-80, blur; 14.00, color black. Click on the eye of the mask layer to hide it. With the magic wand, click on the outside of the frame, invert, go to modify, contract by 20, next using paper 19 and under the frame layer, paste as a new layer, invert again and press the delete key, deselect.
 

               3. Open element 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, resize 30% . Paste as anew layer across the top of the frame, one at a time, add a drop shadow. If using the ds settings above change the blur to 10.00         

 

4. Elements 6 through 10, resize 40% paste as a mew layer, line them up at the bottom of the frame, add a drop shadow to each one. Element 5, paste as a new layer, resize 50%, go to image free rotate right 90 degrees, all layers unchecked. Place to the left. Go to adjust, sharpen, sharpen. Add a drop shadow to each one.
 

5. Next, elements 21through 25, resize each one,40%, free rotate 15 left, align across the top under the flowers. Add a drop shadow. H,  V-2. opacity-80, blur-5. In the layer palette, while holding the control key down, click on each one to highlight them.  Go to the menu at the top, objects, distribute, click horizontal center. Below is how mine looks now.
 

6. Open element 30, resize 50%, paste as a new layer above the mask layer, so you can see an edge of the element on the right. Duplicate, move it down. Repeat 3 more times until you have reached the bottom at the top of the flower. After you have them lined up, go to objects, make same size, vertical. Now you can merge down all the yellow flowers, , duplicate, mirror horizontal.

  7. Add the copy right and your name. I hope you have enjoyed doing my tutorial, because I surely appreciate you trying it.
