| 1.Open a new image, 700x600, fill with a color of your choice. I used, #9fb7ed |
| 2. Open the mask in psp, go to layers, new mask layer, click the from inage. Go to merge and merge group. |
| 3. Next, add a new layer, go to selections, load/save selection, use load the, tagframe seletion from disk. In the material palette, open the pattern folder and find the silver pattern and flood fill the selection. Then go to menu, adjust, brightness and contrast , set the brightness to 20. Add a drop shadow, 2-2-63-4, color black. |
| 4. Copy and paste the scenery as a new layer under the selection, in the open space at the right. |
| 5.Open the three hears, line them up on the left side of the frame. |
| 6. Open the recttamgles and place them on the right. |
| 7. Add your tube to the right, resize if needed. My tube is cute off midway of her legs, so I used the eraser, with these setting, round, size 50. hardness 37, step 19, density 66, thickness, 100. Erace tp blend it in a bit. |
| 8. Add the copyyright and your signiture. |

9. Save as a png or jpg |
